I’ve only been to one blogging conference in my short time of writing at Mama’s Laundry Talk. It was such an eye-opening experience and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
In fact, I am doing it all over again at the Savvy Blogging Summit in the lovely Breckenridge, Colorado this week. I could not be more excited about going!
What will this mean for my faithful readers?
Hopefully, several things: better pictures! (the art of photography is not my forte), higher quality writing and a definite sense of where this little laundry blog needs to go.
And who is going to be there? Some fabulous folks like The Happy Housewife, Erin from $5 Dollar Dinners, Amy from The Finer Things in Life, Claire from Saving Money Plan, and Carrie from Springs Bargains. And I’m even more thrilled about sharing a room with Angie from Many Little Blessings! I’m honored to go and learn beside such a smart, resourceful group of ladies.
Besides all of the learning, there will be fun things like meeting Megan from Half-Pint House who makes these oh-so-fabulous handmade items. I love the Scripture Memory Verse Card holders and the handbags. Cute, cute, cute. Go take a peek at her shop!
So I’ll keep you posted! Have no fear – more laundry is scheduled for tomorrow and the rest of the week!
(Did I mention it’s going to be 65 glorious degrees in Breckenridge? The forecast for NC while I’m gone: 96-100 degrees every day! Bring on some cooler weather…)
